Anglian Water says repairs to Surfleet road will be sorted soon




Roadworks which are causing problems in Surfleet are due to be fixed shortly.

Anglian Water has been repairing a damaged service pipe in the village but the temporary traffic lights are reported to be causing problems to road users.

Brylaine Travel has reported this morning that its Spalding to Boston service has been delayed due to the traffic light failure.

An Anglian Water spokesperson said, “Our teams have been working in Surfleet to repair a damaged service pipe. This repair has been completed and we are just waiting for the road surface to be reinstated. We expect to have the traffic lights removed at the beginning of this week.
