BREAKING NEWS WEDNESDAY 5.05PM: Woman flown to hospital after falling off horse in Spalding

A woman, thought to be in her 40s, has been airlifted to hospital after falling off a horse in the Spalding area at lunchtime today.

Paramedics and a doctor from the Magpas Helimedix air ambulance were called at about 1.35pm to an unconfirmed scene where the woman had suffered suspected pelvic injuries.

She was given pain relief and then flown to Peterborough City Hospital where she is said to be in a stable condition.
