S palding Classic Car Club’s Annual Run takes place on Sunday (12th) and is a big day in the club’s calendar.
Itwill be their 19th annual run, which this year is starting from Baytree Garden Centre in Weston, just outside Spalding.
With an entry list already topping 50 classic cars, organiser Barry Aistrup is confidently predicting an enjoyable day out around the rural lanes of Lincolnshire, Rutland and Northamptonshire.
Departing from Baytree around 10am, the 50 morning route takes in some of the undulating countryside on its way to the lunch halt at The Barnsdale Hall Hotel, overlooking Rutland Water.
A further 30 mile afternoon meander sees the cars arriving at Deene Park near Corby around 3pm.
