Artistic efforts promoted at Holbeach Hub

By Spalding Reporter

A coffee morning was held at Holbeach Hub to help promote the efforts of an arts group.

Goldhay Arts hold sessions at Holbeach Hub every Monday and Wednesday for the adults with learning disabilities art group

The coffee morning was an opportunity to promote the items the users have made during the sessions held so far in Holbeach.

It's hoped some guests maybe interested in buying some items, and to also hopefully introduce their services to new clients on Mondays and Wednesday.

Tracey Carter, district councillor for Holbeach Town Ward instigated a taster day for Goldhay Arts in March, out of which came the regular sessions.

She said: "I am delighted that Goldhday Arts' sessions are growing from strength to strength in Holbeach, and I very much hope that this coffee morning further increased the awareness in Holbeach of their fabulous services."
