Annexe for parents approved

A complete rethink of plans to provide accommodation for elderly family members meant a Cowbit couple saw a ground-floor annexe for their home approved by planners.

Originally, a chalet bungalow within the grounds of a house in Clarkson Avenue was rejected.

Coun Rodney Grocock said: "The applicant went away, thought about it, and I take my hat off to you."
