The Ferguson Club held its 30th Anniversary Working Weekend at Crowtree Farm in Spalding Marsh, by kind permission of Lincolnshire Field Products.

Over the two days around 70 tractors and many implements were on site – some were static all weekend and many were ploughing.

Demonstrations using all things Ferguson were staged. Potatoes (colourful play pit balls) were planted and then picked, drills were being used, vegetable waste was spread on the land and Chandlers kindly bought some very large modern equipment that dwarfed the vintage machines and bought a smile to the faces of the visitors.

There were around 100 visitors on Saturday and many more on Sunday when two ploughing matches were held.

Thanks go to all who contributed in any way to make this event the success it was and to those who made donations for Spalding and Holbeach Macmillan Cancer Support, which amounted to £250.
