Moulton Seas End air ambulance incident

The Air Ambulance was called out to an incident near Moulton Seas End yesterday (Monday) morning.

A Lincs & Notts crew was dispatched to a medical emergency in Loosegate just before 11.50am.

The ambucopter covered the 27-mile distance in just 13 minutes and treated a patient in 'very testing environmental conditions' before they were taken to Boston Pilgrim Hospital by land.

After being tasked to the incident for nearly four hours, the crew returned back to base at 4.10pm.

A spokesman said: “The life-saving work of the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance is only possible thanks to the generosity of local people who continue to support our charity.”
