Air ambulance called out to Spalding town centre

The air ambulance was called to attend to a patient in Spalding town centre yesterday afternoon.

The Magpas helicopter circled the town just before 5pm and is believed to have landed at the back of Ayscoughfee Hall before flying off about half an hour later.

A spokesman for East Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We received a call at 4.27pm to a commercial address in Spalding. The caller reported a medical emergency.
