Billingborough man accused of grooming young girl

A man accused of grooming and sexually communicating with a child has had his case sent to crown court.

Timothy Joseph Radford (35) appeared before Boston Magistrates' Court today (Wednesday).

He is charged with attempting to meet a girl under 16 following grooming. He is also accused of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child.

Both offences are said to have happened between July 14 and July 28 this year.

Radford, of Victoria Street, Billingborough, did not enter pleas and the case was sent to Lincoln Crown Court on December 24.

He remains on bail with the conditions he has no unsupervised contact with anyone under 18 and does not use any social media accounts.
