Busy time at Tydd St Mary School as the photos show

End of term proved to be a busy time at Tydd St Mary CE Primary School.

On a glorious summer's day pupils enjoyed a busy sports day, featuring a variety of races, including skipping, sack, space hopper and obstacle, in which Mary Rose were ultimately the victorious house.

Dads also joined in the fun taking part in a fun obstacle race.

Another highlight was the Key Stage 2 production of Ali Baba, which was enjoyed by fellow pupils, parents and friends on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 16 and 17.

And the day before the term ended the Year 6 pupils enjoyed a leavers' trip.

This was a thank you for their contribution to the life of the school during the previous six years.

The trip was organised by the school parent and teacher association and included bowling, laser tag and a burger and chips dinner.
