TERRY Pratchett’s best-selling Discworld book Wyrd Sisters has been adapted for the stage by Stephen Briggs and is being performed by SADOS at Spalding Grammar School next week.

A parody of the well known Shakespearean Scottish play Macbeth, Wyrd Sisters is the tale of a murdered king and three witches, who set out to reinstate the proper heir to the throne. They go on a journey through time and to the sprawling city-state of Ankh-Morpork where they discover that the magic of the theatre can be just as potent as the magic of the land.

The play will be performed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday at 7.30pm.

Tickets can be bought via the South Holland Centre Box Office on 01775 764777 or on the door on the night of each performance.
