NOSTALGIA: Spalding Parish Church Choir in 1950

Former Spalding resident David Pritty has sent us this picture of Spalding Parish Church Choir, taken in 1950.

David (81), who now resides in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, lived at 7 Spring Gardens from 1940 until 1955. He then left home to join the Grenadier Guards aged 16, serving for 24 years.

He said the photograph was taken in the garden of the vicarage and wondered if any readerscould recognise a relative or friend.
