Moulton Playgroup start hall repairs fundraising with nativity play in 2001

A toddlers' nativity play kicked off Moulton Village Hall's restoration appeal.

The hall was in need of structural work and a new roof, with £130,000 needed to complete the repairs.

Moulton Playgroup started the fund by raising £86 through the sale of refreshments and raffle tickets at its performance of the Christmas story.

Performers included Shelby Williamson, Eleanor Coleman, Gianluca Clarke and Alice Donaghue.
