NOSTALGIA: Sutton Bridge dominoes and Spalding tae kwon do students in 2011




Sutton Bridge Royal British Legion completed a dominoes treble 10 years ago.

Having already wrapped up the Sutton Bridge RBL League crown, Legion defeated runners-up Horse and Groom in the Supreme Cup, before beating Holbeach United A in the League Cup to complete a full house of titles.

Four students at Spalding Grammar School successfully passed their 8th KUP (yellow belt) Grade in tae kwon do 10 years ago.

Adam Lane, Tom Barratt, Emily Smith and Elizabeth Harding-White had taken the martial art as their school sports option.

The successful quartet are pictured with other students and instructor John Burke.
