Moulton Primary School gained eight new laptops in 2009

Ten years ago, Moulton John Harrox Primary School bought eight new laptops with the proceeds of its annual fete.

The event, held the previous month, had attracted 200 people and raised £2,500, meaning two more computers were bought than originally planned.

Pictured are Friends of Moulton Harrox chair Nicky Hastings and vice-chair Hayley Matson with pupils Simran Bhondi, Jamie Chisholm, Meri Clucas, Toby Coles, Kieran Greetham, Erin Halgarth, Alfie Taylor and Louise Underwood.
