SPALDING youngsters take to the stage next week in a new production written and directed by Spalding Flower Queen Daisy Ivatt.
Daisy, who is head of drama at the Gleed Boys’ School, Spalding, is in charge of the school’s first production for many years and the school has teamed up with the girls’ technology college to put on The Trust.
The play takes place at Spalding boys’ school on Wednesday and Thursday, July 20 and 21.
The play revolves around Zak, a new boy in town, and The Trust, a dark mysterious group who have a thirst for power and people, and attempt to enrol Zak into their group. Not realising his almighty power The Trust struggle to overpower him.
Daisy has been supported by her creative team Amber Sinclair and Jamie Cowper.
Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm performance on both nights and tickets are available from both schools priced £4 for adults, £3 concessions and £12 for a family ticket.
Under fives can go along for free but due to the nature of the play attendance is left to parents’ discretion.
