British Wildlife and Landscapes through the seasons is the topic of a presentation to Pinchbeck Photographic Group next Thursday, November 24.

The talk, illustrated with some stunning photography – such as Frosty Fisher, above – is at Pinchbeck East CofE Primary School (7.30pm).

Ian Haskell, who is giving the presentation, is known for attempting photographs that are different or unique, according to Peter Smith, chairman and secretary of Pinchbeck Photographic Group.

Peter said: “Ian will present the fens of Cambridgeshire, north Norfolk, Yorkshire Dales, Scotland and Scottish islands.

“He will show badgers, foxes, owls, buzzards, spring and summer flowers, to the serene beauty of autumn and the wildness of winter.”

Two of Ian’s photographs were selected as Highly Commended in this year’s British Wildlife Photographer Awards in London.

Everyone is welcome to the meeting – admission to non-members is £3.50, and that includes a hot drink and biscuits.
