Go along to a Halloween Party for Sue Ryder at Ayscoughfee Hall and gardens in Spalding today (noon to 4pm).

Entry is by pre-booked free ticket but pay to play games like design a pumpkin, hunt for knitted pumpkins in the gardens, pin the nose on the witch and more. There are children’s clothes for sale and a children’s tombola.

Organiser is June Wright who has supported the charity since the death of her first husband. She made £1,433 for Sue Ryder with a wedding fair she put on at Ayscoughfee Hall earlier in the year.

This is the 25th anniversary of Thorpe Hall, the Sue Ryder hospice at Peterborough.
