They might be too young to watch monster movies but youngsters at St Paul’s Primary School, Spalding, showed no fear when Godzilla dropped in on their classes.

Replicas of the 25ft Utahraptor and an egg were brought to the school by Peterborough Museum to help children from Years One and Two with their summer term topic of dinosaurs.

Teacher Sarah Robinson said: “We arranged a very special visit with the museum and the children were absolutely blown away by how big it was.”
