CHILDREN’S TV favourite Peppa Pig was the guest at a charity event in Pinchbeck to help victims of domestic violence.

Youngsters and parents had a fun-filled day at Pinchbeck Village Hall where activities included photography sessions, paint a pot games and a raffle.

About 70 people attended the event organised by Spalding mum Naomi Evans for the charity Women’s Aid and about £250 was raised.

Naomi said: “My sister went through domestic problems about 13 years ago and I decided to work with the charity, raising money and making people aware of it.

“I was really happy with how the event went and people said it was a really good day.”
