Moulton Parish Council to become The Moultons Parish Council

Moulton Parish Council is set to be renamed The Moultons Parish Council for reasons of “inclusiveness”, according to a report prepared for a meeting on Wednesday night.

South Holland District Council is expected to accept the change made by Moulton Parish Council at its meeting last December.

The report said: “The parish council has already considered and approved the proposed name change, the rationale for (which) is for a greater sense of inclusiveness, community and belonging for residents in the Moultons.
