Holbeach photographer Catherine Carter is hosting a series of charity portrait sittings in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association.
The first two sittings take place on location in Holbeach this Sunday, October 26, and again on November 2, with a third on Saturday December 6.
Catherine said: “I’m trying to raise awareness of MND which was started by the Ice Bucket Challenge.
“Every year, I try to support one charity and this year I have chosen MND after the Ice Bucket Challenge has brought it into the public eye.
“It’s not a personal things but I did watch a documentary about an American baseball player who deteriorated from being a fit and healthy man to one who is in a wheelchair.
“It was a beautiful story which touched my heart and after doing the Ice Bucket Challenge myself, along with my husband and two children, I thought I’d take it one step further in time for the autumn which is my favourite season.” To book a sitting, call Catherine on 01406 425628.
