Spalding artist Richard Portsmouth took visitors to All Saints’ Church, Holbeach, on a journey through his own life at an exhibition in the town.

Images of London, New York, Venice, portraits of supermodel Kate Moss, glamorous actress Sophia Loren and tragic pop siren Amy Winehouse drew a steady stream of people to the church.
Richard said: “I used to be a martial arts teacher but when I gave it up, I started to paint and the exhibition was of work I’d done between 2006 and 2013.”
The exhibition was part of the church’s arts weekend at the church and pictured with Richard are Gill Graper (left) and the vicar of Holbeach, Rev Rosamund Seal. Photo (NIKKI GRIFFIN): SG180513-115NG.
