Christmas comes to Holbeach this weekend with two festive events taking place.

Holbeach St Nicholas Fayre is on Saturday and Sunday (10am to 4pm) at All Saints Church. The church will house around 30 stalls, and there will be a Victorian roundabout and a stall selling mulled wine.

At 4pm the traditional Christingle service takes place, followed by the outdoor Christmas tree lights being switched on.

Holbeach Hub is holding a festive celebration on Sunday (10am to 4pm) with displays, food and gift stalls and a Santa’s grotto.

At 3pm Les Ward, Terry Harrington and John Spencer judge the Best Dressed Shop Window competition.
