Get ahead with Christmas preparations by sourcing some unusual and unique gifts this weekend.
There are a number of Christmas arts and crafts fairs taking place on Saturday and Sunday where local crafters, painters and textile artists will be selling various items they have made themselves.
There is an arts and crafts festival on Saturday and Sunday at Fleet St Mary Magdalene (10am-4pm both days) where there will be more than 100 paintings on display as well as 12 different craft stalls.
Light refreshments will be available throughout the event.
There’s also a Christmas fayre plus refreshments at St Thomas’s Road Methodist Church in Spalding on Saturday (10am-noon).
On Sunday, Crowland Community Hub & Library is holding a fayre for local artists and crafters (10.30am-3.30pm) and there is a gift and craft fair at Moulton Mill (10am-4pm).
Those who like to create their own unique flower arrangement for the festive season could pick up some hints and tips next Thursday, November 24.
There is a flower demonstration in aid of Sue Ryder at Broad Street Methodist Church in Spalding (7pm).
