The owners of a South Holland fancy dress shop and party entertainment business are planning an unusual joint venture for Sport Relief 2014.

Melissa Reid, owner of Rubys and Diamonds in Long Sutton, and Zoe Marie Sheldon, who runs PartyAngelz from her home in Gedney, are jointly organising a bump, face and body art-a-thon for the popular charity next month.

The pair are putting on a face and body painting, balloon and window entertainment extravaganza at Melissa’s shop in Market Place on March 21 from 10am until 6pm.

They are also fundraising at the Vancouver Centre, King’s Lynn, on March 22 between 9.30am and 5.30pm.

Melissa said: “I’d never even heard of it before until Zoe came to me and asked me if I fancied doing it.

“It’s always interesting to try new things and we’ve been bouncing ideas off each other for a while.

“We’re bringing a balloon artist along with us as well so people can get more for their money.”

Zoe Marie said: “We’re going to paint as many tummy bumps, arms and faces as we can over the two days.”
