Everyone is invited to a Night at the Proms with RAF Wyton (Voluntary) Band on Saturday.

However, forget ideas about marching music – this is an evening that will include music from the shows, films and classics as well as The Proms!

Organiser Dave Grundy said: “This is something special to
entertain everyone, the young and not so young, and is something that will have the audience on their feet, singing, clapping, flag waving and laughing.”

It is also an event for the family that won’t cost a fortune, with tickets in advance costing £9 or a family ticket (two adults, two children) costing £27 – tickets on the door are £12/£36.

A night at the Proms takes place at the University Academy Holbeach in Crowland (7pm) – proceeds will go to Crowland Cares and Nene Valley Harriers.

For tickets contact Crowland Cares (01733 211797) or visittheir help desk in CrowlandLibrary (9.30am -12.30pm).
