Puss in Boots is being performed in South Holland Centre, Spalding, this Friday and Saturday.
This is the fifth panto that The Hurst Children’s Theatre Group has put on at the centre.
More than 50 boys and girls aged from four to about 15 are taking part.
Theatre director Bryony Hurst said: “It’s a traditional family pantomime for all ages. The scripts are always original because my father, Mike Hurst, writes them.”
In this year’s story, the poor old miller’s youngest son is left with the family cat at the reading of the will. However, it’s no ordinary cat because it can talk and is determined to see his master achieve success.
The panto is being show on Friday at 7pm and on Saturday at 2pm and 7pm.
Tickets are £8.50 or £6.50 for children and senior citizens.
