District councillors have five working days to call the decision in.
The deadline starts after the decision has been published.

The council usually aims to publish a decision by the end of the week, Friday, although it cannot give guarantees.

If the decision is called in the matter will have to be referred back to the performance monitoring panel which will meet and make further recommendations to cabinet.

Now the council has decided which three of the sites it will pursue officers will be instructed to submit the paperwork to buy land and submit planning applications.

The site must be bought before planning permission can be secured and once the applications are lodged the council can submit its bid for regional funding to pay for development.

If the regional funding is not given the sites will not proceed and the council will sell the sites.
