Spalding RFC are now six points off the pace in Midlands Two East (North) after seeing their home game against Loughborough rained off on Saturday, while leaders Belgrave picked up a bonus-point win at Stamford.

Town’s Memorial Field date with Loughborough failed an inspection on Saturday morning, while just up the road at Stamford table-toppers Belgrave were busy winning 34-12.

Down in Midlands Three East (S), Deepings saw their game at Brackley postponed, while Bourne slipped to a 22-12 loss at Westwood in Midlands Four East (S).
