Spalding RFC continued their fine form in Midlands Two East (North) with an impressive 32-6 victory at Nottingham Casuals on Saturday.

Town’s 15th league triumph in 17 games keeps them six points behind leaders Belgrave – who beat Loughborough 22-5 – with a game in hand.

Crucially, it was another bonus point win for Spalding in Nottingham, which ensures that they remain a hot on the heels of their only title rivals.

Elsewhere, Deepings’ miserable Midlands Three East (South) form continued with a 69-15 drubbing at Northampton Casuals and Bourne were battered 82-3 in Midlands Four East (South).
