RANGERS: Deeping ease past Cranfield to book semi spot

CRANFIELD 1 (Othneil 49) DEEPING RANGERS 3 (Brader 3, Evans 28, Ginty 49): CUP kings Deeping breezed into the semi-finals of the Hinchingbrooke Cup with a routine success on Tuesday night.

Winger Kevin Brader gave Rangers the lead after just three minutes, before Matty Evans doubled their money just before the half hour.

Tuncay Korkmaz’s men were home and hosed when striker Scott Ginty scored a 49th minute third, rendering Rhys Othneil’s 79th minute effort as mere consolation.

Rangers will host Stotfold in the last four.
