Four teams boast two wins from as many games after the latest round of Spalding and District Billiards League fixtures.

Consti B, Pyramid B and Holbeach B are locked together on nine points, while Consti A are a point back after all enjoyed wins on match day two.

Breaks of 34 and 33 from Mick Johnson (O160) helped Contsi B to a 5-2 victory at Gosberton, with John Keeton (R30) the other frame winner.

Robert Adams (R40) pocketed breaks of 27 and 21 in Consti A’s 5-2 home triumph over Donington, for whom Jim Thompson (R30) made a 34 break en-route to a frame success.

Frame triumphs from Chris Chamberlain (R80) and Ashley Bunn (R60) were enough to fire Holbeach B to a 5-2 victory at Crowland B, while Maurice Phillipson (R7) and Martin O’Connor (R10) steered Pyramid B to a win by the same score over Consti C.

Elsewhere, Long Sutton smashed Holbeach C 7-0 with Sean Swinburn (O20)trousering a 25 break.
