OLYMPIC gold medallist Tessa Sanderson was the special guest this year’s Len Pick Memorial Evening at Bourne Corn Exchange last Wednesday.

Sanderson, who brought the coveted medal she won in the javelin at the 1984 Games in Los Angeles with her, took the time to speak about sport, her life and the charity she recently set up.

The memorial evening promotes the charitable trust founded by the late farmer Len Pick.
