Spalding and District Table Tennis League’s summer sessoons continued through August – with plenty of fresh faces joining in as part of the Summer Fun programme.

Each week has been busy, with the last two attracting 28 and 35 members or visitors to the Castle Sports Complex hall.

Tomorrow is the final Summer Fun night, but the league hopes to welcome more visitors – old and young – to their regular Wednesday night sessions.

It is also hoped that the league will operate much the same as last season, so there will be spare tables most weeks – in addition to the availability of the Robo-Pong machine. But September 11 sees the league AGM and presentations for the 2012/13 season, so the hall will not be in use. Any players considering entering or returning to the league are asked to let the admin team know as soon as possible.
