Spalding gymnasts in top form in Roses event

Spalding Gymnastic Academy was the venue for the National Roses competition which saw 318 gymnasts taking part.

Spalding gymnasts were in excellent form throughout the day as they achieved no less than 112 top four position including a host of gold, silver, bronze medals.

Once again the competition was hosted by Arabian Gymnastic Club of Bletchley and the successful day ended with a group dance which saw Spalding Gymnasts finish runner’s up.

Club spokesperson Melanie Coote said: “Spalding gymnasts won medals through out the day and the place was buzzing.

“It was a long day but it was made enjoyable by the results and hard work put in by all involved.”
