Following Sunday’s Wacky Races, stock car and banger racing makes a quick return to the Adrian Flux Arena, King’s Lynn, on Saturday (5.30pm) with another four-formula special.

The 1500cc National Bangers will provide hard-hitting crashing action, ably backed up by Lady Bangers and Junior Bangers.

The Stock Cars come in the extremely popular 1300cc format, with another excellent entry expected.

Jason Clow and Ricky Ivatt (both Spalding) and Charles Heaseman (Sutton Bridge) will lead the South Holland contingent into battle in the 1500cc Bangers.

Clow and Ivatt have both gone well in recent weeks.

Clow won the allcomers race in the Micro Bangers over Easter weekend.

Ivatt managed three top-three places in a big field of 4x4 Bangers which entertained a healthy crowd on Sunday afternoon.

The 1300cc Stock Cars are in action for the second time in seven days.

Pinchbeck’s Dan Booth has been in devastating form since his return to the formula this season.

He claimed the meeting final on Sunday having also won a race at the season-opener in March and scored heavily at Coventry a week later.

Spalding pair Jon Cullen and Lewis Ivatt will be racing in Junior Bangers.
