CURLY Wurlys and Grantham A will contest the final of the Cliff Hall Memorial Shield at Donington tomorrow night.

Boston side Curly Wurlys put out Gosberton Raiders, the last remaining South Holland team in the competition, 4-1 in the semi-finals.

Wins from S Charters, L Christian, S Taylor and E Taylor were enough to secure the success. Grantham A also won their last four clash with Skegness WMC by a comfortable 4-1 scoreline.

A 47 break from Skeg’s K Willets wasn’t enough to inspire his side, who saw N Davey, S Gowen, B McGarvey, P Gwyther win their frames in style. The final gets under way at 7.30pm.
