BEN Stafford reigned supreme at the third round of the Norasport British Supermoto Championship at Rowrah.
The talented teenager had another fine outing on-board his D3 Racing 250 KTM bike at Cumbria over the weekend, with his Saturday form particularly impressive.
South Holland-based Stafford roared to another three first place finishes to take the top spot of podium position for the second meeting in succession.
He qualified in pole position and took three out of three race wins to bag the top spot, winning the trio of races by more than ten seconds.
On a wet Sunday meeting, Stafford once again competed against the more powerful bikes and in a much bigger field. He rode to an admirable qualifying position of 11th – which is where he finished in race one, before clinching ninth in the second.
However, Stafford was then involved in a four-bike pile-up on the first corner of the third race, which caused the race to be red flagged.
But after a ten minute break to sort out the barriers, the team fixed the bike and he rode to a splendid ninth.
