MARK Rudd led by example for Team TRM at Great Hockham last weekend.
The motocross ace picked up a fine victory in his category, before storming to two wins and a second place in the Guardian Adults section.
That was good enough to secure first overall for the Holbeach racer.
Down in the Auto category, young prodigy Kieran Rudd continues to impress.
On a very sandy track, he managed finishes of tenth, seventh and tenth to secure an encouraging ninth overall.
Brothers Ashley and Ryan Rudd were also out on the track.
Racing in the Small Wheel section, Ashley started well with a third place, but suffered two crashes en route to ninth in the second.
However, he recovered nicely to place third in the finale – and that was good enough for an impressive third overall.
Elder sibling Ryan was a little off his usual high standards, but still managed solid finishes of seventh (twice) and ninth in the Big Wheel races, which made him eighth overall.
The Rudd racers are back in motocross action this weekend at Chatteris.
The following week they travel to Three Sisters for a supermoto week.
Such is their schedule, TRM won’t have a weekend away from the track until late June.
