SPALDING Autograss Club return to their Hurdletree Bank track this weekend after a six-week sabbatical.

The Sunday event will be regular open meeting at the Holbeach-based club – and will be their penultimate race of the season.

Drivers will be searching for some extra pace in a bid to add some valuable points to their end of season totals, culminating in a presentation evening for all the drivers in January.

It is hoped that racing will start at 11.30am, but as ever it is subject to the ever-changing weather.

The club’s last meeting was a huge success as nearly 90 cars attended, with visiting drivers from Cambridge, St Neots, Kent, Essex and Scunthorpe all getting involved.

Anybody interested in attending should check the club website www.spaldingautograss.co.uk for the latest update or phone 07982 704127 after 5pm.
