FLAWLESS Shotokan Tokon Karate enjoyed 100 per cent success at their latest grading.

The students attended a grading day at The Grove Leisure Centre in Balderton, Newark, which was attended by Sensei Gary Stewart (6th dan, Japan Karate Association England).

Sensei Gary, known for for his energetic style of training, led two one-and-a-half hour training sessions before 92 students took their grading examinations.

No less than 31 of those students were from Shotokan Tokon clubs in Long Sutton, Holbeach, Spalding, and Sleaford – with all of them passing their full grades, showing outstanding effort and spirit.
