Chris Ward clocked the fastest time as Spalding Cycling Club enjoyed their first time trial event of the season.
Some 28 members and two guests lined up for the club five mile championship at Pode Hole. A host of excellent times were recorded – including four riders finishing on the same time.
Ward’s time of 11.32mins was the best of any senior, while Aimee Stocker (13.34) was the first lady home.
In the Under 16’s Matt Ellis recorded 13.57 and First Girl was Megan Kendall with 17.12.
