That man Mick Johnson racked up another sensational Spalding and District Billiards League break last week.

The cue ace, who plays off an O160 handicap, reeled off a super 91 in Consti B’s 4-3 win at Crowland A. That’s just four off his season-high score of 95.

Elsewhere, the big result of the week saw basement boys Gosberton earn their second win of the season with a 5-2 triumph over Holbeach B. Malc Dennis (R110) and David Haresign (R110) were the winners.

There was also a fabulous 50 break from Holbeach A’s Nigel Hackett (O20), but his side lost 5-2 at Donington.

Leaders Long Sutton also lost 5-2 at Consti C.
