HOLBEACH United Ladies FC are looking to have a bit of a revamp this summer.
With only 11 players currently on their books, Holbeach are a little short on numbers ahead of the new campaign.
The Tigresses will feature in the Fenland League this season, meaning they’ll be up against teams such as Wisbech.
With few women’s football teams currently active in South Holland, Holbeach are hoping to welcome players from Spalding and the surrounding area to their pre-season training sessions.
The ladies are in need of players of all positions and prior experience is not a must.
Anybody interested and aged 16 or over can train with the team at Holbeach Community Centre on Thursday nights (7pm).
There is a signing on fee of £15 for all players, but training is free to attend.
Players are also asked to pay £2 per game to help with the smooth running of the club.
Call Rosemary Ivory on 01406 422072 for more information on the Holbeach ladies.
