Holbeach United have been thrown into uncertainty after news today that joint-manager Graham Drury has left the Carter’s Park club.

Drury has tweeted: “I would like to thank everyone who made me feel so welcome - top people, top club, all the best.”

As things stand, John Chand will be in sole charge of the Tigers for their home game against Boston Town on Wednesday night.

SUNDAY 2.20PM: Drury quits as Holbeach United joint-manager

There are reports today that Holbeach United joint-manager Graham Drury has quit the club.

Drury, former manager at Boston United, Corby Town and Stamford, was on the touchline as the Tigers clinched a 4-3 extra time victory of Olney Town in the third round of the UCL KO Cup at Carter’s Park.

Appointed as joint-manager with John Chand in July, Drury was a pivotal figure in helping Holbeach into the fifth round of the FA Vase where they lost 3-2 to Erith and Belvedere last Saturday.
