Joint-manager Graham Drury insists Holbeach United are in the championship race with three teams – not just leaders AFC Rushden & Diamonds.
The top two met at Carter’s Park on Saturday as Jamie Clarke’s close-range opener was cancelled out by a late equaliser.
Holbeach were heading for a 12th successive win until Russ Dunkley’s 90th-minute leveller for Diamonds.
Saturday’s 1-1 draw keeps the Tigers eight points behind with four games in hand.
But Drury says Wisbech Town and Yaxley are still in the hunt for honours.
He said: “I don’t think a lot of people understand the situation because everybody seems to be talking only about the top two.
“Wisbech have scored 13 goals in three wins since we beat them on Boxing Day and Yaxley keep winning as well.
“So we’ve got to keep an eye out for both of them during the run-in.
“We must make sure we carry on now and cherry-pick those games off by getting the job done.
“I think we are in a better position than Diamonds in the sense that we have those games in hand to catch up. If we won all four then we would go four points in front.
“But we have got to stand tall and get those wins. We put in a decent performance on Saturday and the next game is even bigger now.
“I think before this game we would have taken a point.
“But to concede so late on was frustrating, especially as we hadn’t been caught out at the back all afternoon.
“We had to make a change in the first half when Danny Spencer went off and Ben Brown came in. He did a good job for us.
“Just before they scored we had the ball in the attacking third and perhaps we made the wrong decision instead of running it into the corner.
“They went up the other end and we got caught out.
“It was a good contest even without many chances but the sides cancelled each other out.
“I thought the crowd would go over 500 or 600 but I’d like to thank the Diamonds fans for turning out in numbers which strengthens our own budget now to bring in more players if we can.”
Meanwhile, Drury and John Chand are planning to rotate the Holbeach squad for tonight’s Lincolnshire FA Senior Trophy quarter-final at Grantham Town.
