Spalding United, Holbeach United, Deeping Rangers and Bourne Town made it a clean sweep in EvoStik Division One South and UCL action today.

Goals from Jack McGovern and Mitch Griffiths gave the Tulips a 2-1 home win over Loughborough Dynamo - their eight straight win in all competitions.

In UCL Premier Division matches, Lee Beeson had a hand in all of Holbeach United’s goals as the Tigers beat Cogenhoe United 3-0, Beeson scoring two of them.

Jezz Goldson-Williams grabbed a first half hat-trick as Deeping Rangers beat Desborough Town 4-0 at the Haydon Witham Stadium.

In UCL Division One, Bourne Town are now six games unbeaten after a 1-0 win over Rushden & Higham United at Abbey Lawn, Scott Spearink firing in the winner 16 minutes from time.

Finally in rugby union, Spalding lost 39-23 at home to Bugbrooke at Memorial Field in Midlands One East action.

Deepings couldn’t follow up their win at home last week, losing 37-12 at Sileby Town, and Bourne conceded a walkover to Bedford Swifts.
