Holbeach United have only managed two games since Christmas during a ‘winter break’.
But the Tigers will be hoping to bounce back at Carter’s Park on Saturday against Peterborough Northern Star following successive home defeats to Yaxley and Rothwell Corinthians.
Manager Tom Roberts said: “We had a terrible time in January with a series of postponements and then we lost Aaron Eyett to injury.
“In the last two games we have huffed and puffed but not looked sharp.
“We’ve had a chat, trained hard and we know what we need to do.”
Striker Tom Gosling must serve a 12-match suspension while skipper Jamie Stevens is starting a three-game ban for misconduct.
Top scorer Josh Ford is back in the squad with new signings Jenk Acar and Sean Coughlan.
Meanwhile, Deeping Rangers are aiming for a fourth consecutive home win on Saturday.
They take on sixth-placed Eynesbury Rovers who beat Michael Goode’s men 4-2 just three weeks ago.
The Cambridgeshire club are unbeaten in 11 games but Deeping deservedly picked up a point at league leaders Leicester Nirvana last Saturday thanks to Scott Mooney’s second-half equaliser.
Bourne Town will look for a return to form at Long Buckby in Division One following two successive defeats.
