Deeping Rangers look to return to winning ways on Saturday when they host Desborough Town.
Tuncay Korkmaz’s side won at the Waterworks Field two months ago thanks to Scott Ginty’s first-half goal and they will expect to complete the double.
Korkmaz was left disappointed by Saturday’s defeat by Newport Pagnell Town when they let a first-half lead slip to lose 2-1.
That was their first defeat in the UCL for two-and-a-half months and, while Rangers have every reason to be happy with their form, they have also had a long run of home matches.
Since winning at Desborough, Deeping have been at home in eight of their last nine games in all competitions and their next two matches are also at home before they face a trip to leaders AFC Rushden & Diamonds on January 3.
